Appointments are preferred, but walk-ins welcome!

We are in the office from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

Water and sewer are included with your rent.

Electricity is through Vera and Garbage is through Waste Management .

You can use any provider that offers services in our area.

We do not collect a security deposit. We instead require an admin fee that is non-refundable and does not transfer between apartments or communities. Please reach out to our office if you are required to pay an additional deposit.

Pool, outdoor kitchen and seating, gym, entertainment center, etc.

There is a washer and dryer in each unit.

Pet fees include a $500 pet fee per pet, plus $20 per month pet rent per pet.

We do have breed restrictions, please reach out to the office to ensure your pet is not on this list.

Appliances include a washer/dryer, range, microwave, garbage disposal, dishwasher and refrigerator.

We do not offer furnished apartments.

We offer 6-15 month leases

Yes, the Centennial Trail has nearby access and offer 37-miles of paved trail.

Crush coffee and Whistle Stop are less than a quarter mile away. Wake Up Call, Starbucks are also nearby.
